DACH Market Entry · ConTech

First Tier-1 traction and revenue in DACH without the multi-year ramp.

SOLVENTRY helps Series A+ ConTech companies open DACH (Germany, Austria and Switzerland) — working directly with Tier-1 stakeholders and decision-makers to shorten the path from first conversation to signed pilot and roll-out.

The Challenge

You've raised your Series A. Your product works. But DACH Tier-1 is a closed network — and without the right relationships and insights, cold outreach can position you wrongly, demand far too much time and effort, and lose the deal once IT and legal requirements surface.

DACH Tier-1 stakeholders give honest feedback and buy through trusted relationships. The difference between a 12-month sales cycle and a signed pilot in 2 months is who opens the first door — and how the first conversations are run.

What makes SOLVENTRY different

Most market-entry consultants make introductions and leave. SOLVENTRY stays in the room. Discovery conversations, technical defense, procurement objections — every meeting with you, not before you.

What you get

How a SOLVENTRY engagement actually runs.

Four operating principles, applied to every Tier-1 account.

01

Engineer-led, MBA-backed — in German

The same person defends your engineering with the technical buyer and closes the commercial conversation with procurement. No handoff loss, no story drift.

02

Strong corporate process fluency

Real feedback gathered through direct engagement with decision-makers and internal advocates, then pilots deployed on sites where they operationally add value and scale.

03

Direct access to Tier-1 stakeholders

Warm introductions and executive-level conversations with contractors, developers and project leads across DACH — no cold lists, no procurement walls.

04

Structured account & stakeholder mapping

Every priority account documented: org chart, decision unit, current initiatives, competing solutions, entry points. You always know where you stand.

How it works

Two phases. Clear KPIs. No ambiguity.

Every engagement runs against measurable outcomes — combining engineering depth with business development discipline.

PHASE 1

Market Evaluation

3–6 months
  • Priority account & stakeholder mapping
  • Direct engagement with Tier-1 decision-makers
  • Early market feedback and validation
Outcome 1–2 high-quality Tier-1 opportunities.
PHASE 2

Market Positioning & Entry

Ongoing
  • Sharpened positioning based on real market feedback
  • Defined go-to-market structure
  • Pilot execution and scale-up planning
Outcome Signed pilot(s) and a repeatable revenue motion in DACH.
DACH market entry requires trust, long-term engagement and teamwork — built into how the engagement runs from day one.
How we work together

Full transparency — no black box, no lock-in.

Weekly jour fixe A fixed weekly call from day one — progress, blockers and next moves, together.
Open CRM Every account, contact and touchpoint visible to you in real time. No hidden pipeline.
No lock-in The engagement can end at the end of any month. My time goes into your market entry, not into keeping you tied in.

About

Dipl.-Ing. Vladimir Vlahovic, MBA

Founder & Managing Director

Over a career across DACH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) and the broader European construction industry, I've built one specialism: shortening the path from first conversation with a Tier-1 stakeholder to a signed pilot project and a repeatable revenue motion.

Civil engineer and MBA — I speak the corporates' language and the founders', and I speak German. I built Feste Fahrbahn high-speed rail in Germany with PORR, so I've lived the site problems your product solves, not just sold around them.

I sit on boards of various ConTech associations and industry bodies, publish in professional magazines, and speak and moderate at industry events across Europe and the Middle East.
